All new patients begin with an in-depth functional nutrition analysis and lifestyle evaluation, which includes symptom history, dietary habits, eating history, analysis of recent blood work, goals and objectives. We’ll take a deep and comprehensive dive into your past and current health concerns through a multifactorial lens. We'll create a collaborative care plan.
By the end of our conversation, we will collaboratively create an actionable plan that starts moving you in the direction of self-prioritization and healing. You are at the center of any protocol or recommendations.

New Patient Consultation
60-minute Telehealth meeting to fully focus on you! We will discuss your intake forms, further investigate your health concerns, and discuss your symptoms. You’ll complete some forms before the session and send in any labs you may have done in the last 90 days. We'll create a collaborative plan to address your wellness goals.
New Patient Package
The 3-session New Patient Package includes the New Patient Consultation plus 2 follow-up appointments at a discounted rate. We'll take a thorough dive into your health history to support a full-body integrative approach to your well-being.

I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards at checkout. Please note it's your responsibility to verify coverage. Payment is required to book your first appointment.
Payment plans are also available at checkout.
I currently do not accept insurance but am happy to provide you with a superbill after my services to submit for possible reimbursement. This is best for those with out-of-network benefits.
